About Us
My name is Rod Molina and this is my consulting practice. I have more than 25 years of experience in software development, delivery, agile, product management, and digital transformation.
I have worked across private and public sectors, and played a pivotal role at the beginning of the DTA in establishing the transformation hub and defining many of the principles and practices that have since become government standards and are widely utilised today.
Depending on client needs, I bring into play my large network of experts and practitioners to deliver outcomes.
